This means that you can keep track of which documents are dependant on the one you are looking at. This is essential if you make changes to, for instance, a quality system document. • Process Driven – Provides the ability to define business policies within workflows that contain business rules. A specific action can be carried out at a pre-defined time interval, a system event or an individual’s action. Documents are then associated with a workflow. The system  automatically read business policies, calculates action schedules and automatically execute actions on documents once triggered by the event(s) in the policy
